The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the TCs) are valid between you and MAR STORE PRODUCTION SRL (henceforth: MANURÍ; may be referred to as “us”, “we”, “MANURÍ” or “Website”) These terms and conditions set out the legal terms that apply to your use of our website http://www.manuristore.com, any of its sub-domains and any mobile device application or desktop application developed by us or on our behalf.
The electronic commerce site www.manuristore.com is published by MAR STORE PRODUCTION SRL (Reg. No. J4096192016) All orders you place through this Website and our deliveries and services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These general terms apply to all orders on the Site. By using these services, you are agreeing to all of these terms, that may vary accordingly to modifications and updates. Any orders placed for a product for sale on the website implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Please read the TCs carefully before placing any orders on www.manuristore.com. We recommend that you keep a copy of the TCs for future reference.
These general terms of sale are governed by the laws of Romania, save for any mandatory provisions to the contrary under the Rome Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations of June 19, 1980.
We may modify the TCs from time to time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please inform yourself about the applying version of Terms and Conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
Please note that MANURÍ does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase.
The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.
3. THE CUSTOMER
To be a customer of the Site you must be a consumer, of legal age and with full legal capacity, and you can reside anywhere in the world.
In order to use some of the services and features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register for an account. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
MANURÍ collects personal data on the Site. Such data is required for processing orders and may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in completing the order.
Customers are informed that such personal data is also collected by bodies in charge of analyzing orders and fighting against credit card fraud.
According to the EU regulations no. 679/2016 on automated data processing, files and civil liberties, you have the right to access, modify, correct, oppose and delete personal data concerning you. You may exercise this right by sending an email to: email@example.com

4. YOUR RIGHTS

1. That any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Site;
2. Certain remedies if a product is defective;
3. A right to cancel any order for a product within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product, and to receive a full refund if it is not defective.

5. PLACING AN ORDER
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. An order can only be placed if you have previously confirmed that you accept these Terms and Conditions. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors.
Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product or products you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order and these Terms and Conditions. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that MANURÍ does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.
We might try to contact you for further information regarding your order by e-mail or by telephone.
In the particular case in which we are unable to reach for further details and reconfirmation of the order from your part, your order will be cancelled.
Please note that in case we try to reach you for more information, it is because we really want your order to be satisfactory and we give our best in this interest.
Our goal is to describe the products on the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. MANURÍ cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy, however you can return an item which is not satisfactory to you because of the color according to our Return Policy.
9. ACCURACY OF THE WEBSITE
We do our best to keep all the information on the Website accurate and up-to-date. However, faults are human and we cannot promise that all the content of this site is completely free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither we can guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. MANURÍ may, at any time, modify the content of this site. Although MANURÍ strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and online shop, errors may occur. Also, we cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the site.
The prices shown on the Website include VAT and the shipping costs.
We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you don’t have to pay any additional fees if you are located in the European Union.
For shipments outside the EU, import duties and taxes may occur, which means additional charges for you. These are usually imposed once a shipment reaches your country and these aren’t costs that we can control.
The prices may vary according to the country you’re ordering from. Also, they might vary between physical stores, partner physical stores, partner e-shop that commercialize MANURÍ items and our Website.
11. CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
The custom-made items have the same return policy as all the other items from our e-shop. So, you will get a full refund in case of return, except the shipping costs (7 euros for domestic orders, and 45 euros for international orders), which will be excluded unless the item has production faults for which we are responsible.
*Production faults are faults for which wearing the item is impossible and not satisfactory, which means the items must be returned unworn for a refund. For more details upon returning an item, please read our Return Policy section.
Custom-made items may be delivered in a time slot indicated on the site, which may be longer than regular delivery slots.
International orders can only be processed if the payments are made by credit cards or bank payment order. Credit card payments can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. The purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once you place the order. We do our best to make the Website as secure as possible. All credit international card transactions on the Website are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account once you place the order. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to MANURÍ, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Website. Domestic orders can be processed if the payments are make by credit card, but also if you choose the payment option “Cash on Delivery” which means you will pay for your order when you receive it through the FAN COURIER delivery agent.
14. STORED CREDIT CARDS
At Checkout, you can chose to save your credit card for future purchases if you are logged in to your MANURÍ account. Your details will be protected using Global Sign Encryption and will speed up your checkout the next time you shop.
MANURÍ orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 A.M to 7 P.M.
Please bear in mind that orders which are placed Saturday late evening and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
MANURÍ orders may take up to 7 business days, but we aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum 48 hours during weekdays, or 3-4 business days during sales periods.
We ship all domestic orders with Urgent Cargus, which usually means 24 hours for the order to reach your destination from the date the order is shipped.
We offer DHL EXPRESS service worldwide, which delivers orders in a maximum 48 hours from the date the order is dispatched.
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you have indicated.
All orders are fully traceable on the Website by logging in to My account. Click “My Orders” and fill in the tracking number for updated information about your shipment.
If MANURÍ fails to deliver within 15 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
17. CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF REVOCATION
Right of Revocation
You are entitled to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you have, or a third person designated by you (other than the carrier) has, received the products. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +40721822776 by means of an unambiguous notification (e.g. through letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may electronically complete and submit the specimen revocation form provided on our website. This is, however, not compulsory. In order to comply with the time limit for revocation, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the time limit for revocation expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to return to you, promptly but in no case later than within 14 days from the day on which we have received the notification of your revocation, all payments that we have received from you including the costs of delivery (except any additional costs that result from you having chosen a different method of delivery than the method offered by us). For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed with you otherwise; in no case will we charge you any fees due to such repayment. We are entitled to refuse repayment until we have recovered the products or you have evidenced that you have sent the products back to us, whichever occurs first. Your are obliged to send back or hand over the products to us promptly, but in no case later than within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the revocation of this contract. The time limit is complied with if you send the products before the expiration of the 14 days’ time limit. You have to bear the direct costs of the reconsignment of the products. Any potential loss in value of the products will have to be compensated by you only if such loss in value is attributable to your handling of the products, which is not necessary for the verification of their condition, quality or functionality.
18. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
We are entitled, so as to fight against parallel marketing of our products, to refuse any order exceeding the number of authorized products: i.e., 10 products, within a limit of a maximum of two identical products ordered.
We are also entitled to refuse any order made by a customer with whom a dispute exists in connection with the payment of a former order, as well as any order that is not compliant with these general terms of sale.
In such cases, we will inform the customer by phone or by e-mail. Unless the customer contacts us to correct the error or the non-compliance with these general terms of sale, we reserve the right to not process the order.
19. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. According to the Civil Act, you are entitled to complain about defective products within one year. However, you must always notify MANURÍ within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If MANURÍ considers the products to be defective, MANURÍ will make a full refund, including shipping costs.
A defective item means that the item is impossible to be worn and should be returned in the original condition.
20. RETURN POLICY
In order to successfully return any items ordered at MANURÍ, you should comply with the following requests:
• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Perfect condition means that the items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and unwashed,
• If an item has a MANURÍ security tag, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
• Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
• When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
• Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
• We prefer that items are returned through MANURÍ return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
• When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
• Gowns should be returned with their dust bag as this is considered part of the product.

22. RESALE POLICY
You may purchase products on www.manuristore.com for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on www.manuristore.com, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
23. VIOLATION OF RULES
We reserve the right to seek all solutions available to us against violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.
24. GOVERNING LAWS
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania (excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods – CISG) . The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or pertaining to these Terms and Conditions is Bucharest.
