MANURÍ ships all orders from Bucharest, Romania. We process and ship orders within 1-5 business days, during peak periods it might take up to 3-7 business days.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6PM GMT+2. Please bear in mind that orders which are placed during weekends will be processed on Monday.
All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express. The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on location [1 – 5 days for all international orders].
We ship all domestic orders with Urgent Cargus. Our customers receive their orders 1–2 business days from the moment they are shipped.
All domestic orders are free of charge.
MANURÍ is happy to also include express shipping to all international orders over €250 for no extra charge.

TAXES AND DUTIES FOR EU COUNTRIES
No taxes, duties, or VAT will be imposed on orders shipped to EU countries. VAT is included in the total price.
TAXES AND DUTIES FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“Import Fees”]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Additionally, please note that Value Added Tax (VAT) will be deducted from the total amount for orders shipped outside the EU.
If you refuse a shipment from MANURÍ, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MANURÍ.
