1. Shipping and delivery

MANURÍ orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 A.M to 7 P.M.
Please bear in mind that orders which are placed Saturday late evening and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum and make sure that your desired item is suitable to your size.
We ship all domestic orders with Fan Courier. Our customers receive their orders 1 – 5 days (except weekends and national holidays) from the date the order is being placed.
For international orders, all deliveries are made with the delivery company DHL. The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on location and chosen shipping method (2 – 7 days for all international orders).
DHL offers express service worldwide, which delivers orders on the next possible day (for more details click here).
We work closely with our shipping partners to make sure that the impact of custom delays will be minimized.
Please note that prices are based on delivery to the selected country, including the VAT rate and delivery cost.

2. Shipment tracking

Once your order is being processed, we will get in touch with you regarding tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
You will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase.
We may also be in touch if we need further information to make sure the required product fits your size.

3. Customs and duty

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you don’t have to pay any additional fees if you are located in the European Union.
For shipments outside the EU, import duties and taxes may occur, which means additional charges for you. These are usually imposed once a shipment reaches your country, and these aren’t costs that we can control.

4. Return policy & process

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color, if preferred.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• If an item has a MANURÍ security tag, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
• Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
• When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
• Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

The items should be returned along with the completed Return Form that was included in your order. This will help both the customer and us to complete the return process smoothly and the refund to be made as quickly as possible. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

5. Shipping returns

Please note that the purchased item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of your goods.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (7 euros for domestic orders and 45 euros for international orders), which will be deducted from the refund. Returns received outside the 14 days time frame are not to be accepted.

In the particular case of receiving a production faulty item or cancelling the order until it is shipped, we will issue a full refund.
The returns must arrive to our flagship boutique (MANURÍ Boutique – Address: 25 Luigi Cazzavillan Street, 1st Floor, Bucharest, 010785, Romania). We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives back to us within 14 days.
Late returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of MANURÍ and may only be refunded as a store credit.

6. Receiving a refund

You can choose to receive your refund either as a store credit to your MANURÍ account, or back to the original payment method.

Regarding domestic orders, in case you opted for the Cash on Delivery payment method, we will need you to provide, on the return form, the details of the account preferred for the refund (Account number and Name).

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item has production faults for which we are responsible.

Production faults are considered to be the ones for which the product can’t be worn and it is returned unworn to us.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties are not refundable through MANURÍ. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

7. Refunding a custom-made item

Custom made items have the same return policy as all the other items from our e-shop. So, you will get a full refund in case of return, except the shipping costs, which will be excluded unless the item has production faults for which we are responsible.
